Want to be part of DAU Històric 2026? Send us your proposal

DAU Històric returns to Fabra i Coats on 14 and 15 November, and we want the community to help bring the space to life. We are now accepting proposals for demonstration tables and activities related to wargames, strategy, simulation and history.

DAU Històric is the DAU Barcelona space dedicated to strategy and historical simulation games, with a special focus on wargames. It is a meeting point where associations, clubs, groups and enthusiasts can share their games and their passion with festival visitors.

This year, we are inviting the community to take part. If you have a game you would like to showcase or an activity you think would be a good fit for DAU Històric, we want to hear your proposal.

What can you propose?

There are two ways to take part:

Demonstration tables
Bring a wargame or a strategy or historical simulation game and share it with festival visitors. The idea is to give people visiting DAU Històric the chance to discover the game, see how it works and get involved, with support from the people running the table.

Specialised activities
Have an idea that goes beyond a gaming table? You can also propose painting or modelling workshops, tournaments, historical reenactments or displays, or other activities related to wargames, strategy, simulation or history.

When is DAU Històric?

DAU Històric will take place on Saturday 14 and Sunday 15 November 2026, from 10 am to 8 pm, at Espai Vertical, Fabra i Coats.

You can submit a proposal to take part on either day or on both days. On the day or days you choose, your proposal must remain active throughout the festival’s opening hours.
