COLLABORATIVE WORKSHOP – Create a character for a board game (Session 1)

Learn to draw a character from a board game with two professional illustrators and teachers from IBOIX ESCOLA. Test your skills in an exclusive session for DAU where you will have fun and learn how to draw a character from the Dungeons & Dragons universe.

Participatory workshop in small groups where attendees will jointly decide on the characteristics and visual style of a character, whether a hero, a villain or a creature, within the Dungeons and Dragons universe.

Two professional artists, Dani Bermudez and Pol Cunyat, will work live with iPads, drawing in real time everything that the participants propose, while explaining which factors are essential for the character to work within a board game: readability, visual coherence, adaptation to the target audience and compatibility with the game’s components.

The most daring participants will also have the opportunity to collaborate directly with their strokes to create a collective drawing together.
